Been a while since we talked about food , my fave topic ✌🏼😃. Here’s a quick noodle dish that I cooked for lunch today. This dish is Hitting all the macros i.e carbs, protein, fiber and fat, but usually my main question when prepping meal is what do Feel like eating and how do I want to feel afterwards & what Do I need right now?
Honestly, I finished a block of chocolate and bag of chips yesterday 😅, too busy eating to even share in IG. I enjoyed eating this too. And today, my body is craving for a wholesome dish too with loads of veggies!!
It’s all about balance. In Ayurveda, it’s not only what you eat, but also how you eat. You can eat all the best organic food in the world, but if you are rushing and feeling stress when consuming your food, then food will not be digested properly.
And today, I was belting this song on top of my lungs while cycling to my yoga class.. so I thought of adding it as a background here .. 🤪.
Alright, Beautiful people I hope you are celebrating your little light as well.. nature is for sure.. days are getting longer now. Kapha Season is upon us, where we slowly coming out of hibernation. Can you hear the birds singing already ??? 😉
