Quietly say to yourself: massage. Simply observe how your body reacts to this word. Do u maybe suddenly have a pleasant sensations? A wave of warmth that fully covers your physical body? The mind that became very meditative and empty? I am quite sure this is the case❤️
Day by day we keep moving, doing, flowing forward. We have all of these reactions and impressions in our Mind, and we tend to think that it stays just there🤍
What if I tell you that every single thought and life situation are directly affecting your body too? Your energy level, hormons, muscles, joints.. all of your so precious body parts🧡
How do we go about it?
We do Yoga.
We love each other.
We swim.
We do favorite destressing sport.

We are very rich and powerful creatures, we can DO a lot💪🏼 But sometimes it is so important to LET a professional to take care of your beautiful body, so they can help you to relax all of these tiny little sore body parts. Strangely, after 1h of session your Mind will be absolutely empty too, believe me💛
