She started her yoga study over 30 years ago, She spent 3 years studying Astanga Yoga at Astanga Yoga London under the guidance of Hamish Henry. She later made many trips to India to study at Astanga Yoga Research Institute (AYRI) under the guidance of Sri K, Pattabi Jois and Sharat Rangaswamy over the years. She spent her entire pregnancy studying at AYRI where she was taught Astanga Yoga during pregnancy by Saraswathi Rangaswamy. Vienna completed the intensive training (200hrs) and the plus practice module (100hrs) in Tripsichore yoga taught by the infamous Edward Clark and Nicki Durant. She has also practiced with some of the best yoga teachers in the world including Anna Forest, David Swenson, John Scott, and many others,
Vienna is an initiated Kriya Yoga Practitioner. She received her initiation and taught by Swami ViVekarananda from the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She also studies with Dr. Robert Svoboda in Ayurveda on regular basis. As an empath and clairvoyant , Vienna is highly intuitive. She is a professional tarot reader and an advance psychic practitioner in past life reading, psychometry, remote viewing, automatic writing and mediumship. She was mentored and certified by the Tarot Academy by the premiere psychic medium Richard Knight.
