Week 37: Rise with Courage – Alternative Paths, Same Strength

Not everyone needs to balance on their head to rise with courage. This week, we explore both Crow or Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana) as powerful alternatives. Both invite you to face the unknown, build inner stability, and trust yourself — even when upside down.

Alongside inversions, we’ll open the heart with deep stretches that target the Heart & Lung Meridians in Yin Yoga. These channels of energy support emotional balance: releasing heaviness in the chest and welcoming clarity, lightness, and courage.

Here’s what to expect:

- Strong core foundations to stabilize body & mind
- Heart & Lung Meridians in Yin Yoga to release tension and expand breath
- Upside-down moments — whether in Headstand or Crow or Rabbit Pose — to build courage from within

Balance is of moving with control.

Similar to last week, this week, we dive into Gallbladder meridian stretches to unlock your sides & hips. We will also add Liver meridian to challenge your strength, balance, and release the heat from the body.

🔹 Yin release for hips & mind
