Week 37: Rise with Courage – Alternative Paths, Same Strength
Not everyone needs to balance on their head to rise with courage. This week, we explore both Crow or Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana) as powerful alternatives. Both invite you to face the unknown, build inner stability, and trust yourself — even when upside down.
Alongside inversions, we’ll open the heart with deep stretches that target the Heart & Lung Meridians in Yin Yoga. These channels of energy support emotional balance: releasing heaviness in the chest and welcoming clarity, lightness, and courage.
