1. Movement (not just exercise)

Your body is designed to move throughout the day, not just during a workout.
Sitting too long stiffens joints, shortens muscles, and slows circulation.

Simple rule:
• Walk daily
• Stretch often
• Change positions every 30–60 minutes

Motion is lotion for the body.



2. Stress Regulation

Many people think their pain is physical, but chronic stress locks muscles in a constant contraction.

This shows up as:
• Tight neck and shoulders
• Headaches
• Jaw tension
• Lower back pain

Things that help:
• Deep breathing
• Nature walks
• Meditation
• Bodywork (massage)

Relaxed nervous system = relaxed muscles.



3. Quality Sleep

Sleep is when the body actually repairs tissues and resets the nervous system.

Poor sleep leads to:
• Increased pain sensitivity
• Slower muscle recovery

Aim for:
