HAVE YOU ALWAYS DREAMED OF RUNNING A MARATHON?
I run two blogs on Instagram, one with vegan recipes, the other one is about running (). These two topics (nutrition and sports) form the foundation of my lifestyle now. On 30th of May I run my second Marathon, but I don't want it to be my finish line.
Running marathons has several benefits. During the preparation you develop a reliable habit to run regularly. Your metabolism will improve, and an additional source of self-esteem will be there for you all the time. My husband was preparing me for my first marathon, and I should say that the support of a knowledgeable person on this path is very important.
Now I am very confident in running, and I want to offer you my guidance through the entire preparation journey! Injury-free, with a clear plan, proper technique, pacing, motivation and support. My trainer’s “kicks” are very “gentle”, but your goal achievement is guaranteed!

INDIVIDUAL PLAN

(from June 1 to November 14)
I can only take one client for individual sessions, so do not miss your chance, send me DM right away. To become an exclusive client, I have two conditions:
> Cancelling runs is not possible - only reschedule to another day
> Payment will need to be made monthly ⠀
The runs will take place in the early morning (from 5am) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
GROUP
If you can’t afford the full program, you can join the group runs on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays (also, early in the morning). There will be an opportunity to join the group at any time and pay per session.
📍 Locations: Limassol (+Troodos, optionally)
⏱ The duration of runs will gradually increase. Starting with a 30-minute run, ending with a 4-hour run (on weekends) closer to November
⭐️This program is for runners of all levels, including people with no experience in running.
🏆 Final result: 42,2 km made in 5 h

ABOUT ME
I have been running regularly for the past 4 years, ran my first marathon in 2019 (4:47). My fastest half marathon was in 2018 (2:02). In March 2021 I ran the half marathon again (just for myself) and on the 30th of May I am running a full marathon (also for myself, there is no official event).
MY MOTIVATION
I am starting this project to save up for studying in Germany. I want to study Public Health. Having this education would be highly beneficial for development of my food-blog)
