Finding Your "Steady" Inside the Loop
Take a look at the stairs in Escher’s drawing. Everyone is running, everyone looks busy, but they are all stuck in an infinite loop that leads nowhere.
Those living with Parkinson’s know this "loop" all too well.
It’s that feeling when the body moves to its own rhythm, when movement isn't always under our control, and the stairs beneath our feet feel a bit shaky.
But our goal isn't to run faster on these confusing stairs.
Our goal is to be Steady.
Being Steady means finding your point of quiet inside the noise. It’s about building a bridge of stability in a world that never stops moving. It’s not just about health—it’s about taking leadership over your body and your life.
At our upcoming conference, we will learn how to do exactly that. How to stop running in circles and start walking on solid ground.
The bridge to a better life begins with our stability.
