New Talents Lab is a fresh Ecstatic Dance concept by Navid Divana & Mer González, created to open space for what’s emerging. A weekly lab where new Ecstatic Dance DJs step into the center, supported by the community, with full freedom to explore, experiment and express their unique sound.

This is about process, play and presence 🎶

A place to listen, move, connect and discover the next wave of ecstatic sound journeys.

En el último post del blog hablo de un tema que nos toca a todos: la búsqueda de la felicidad. ✨ Vivir feliz es algo que muchos añoramos, deseamos y por lo que trabajamos día a día. Queremos alcanzar esa felicidad plena, esa que nos permita decir: “Ya está”, y entonces, simplemente, dejar de hacer. Pero qué incongruente es hacer para conseguir ese calmo dejar de hacer, ¿verdad?

🌀 Esto me lleva a reflexionar y compartir contigo un par de preguntas que siempre rondan mi mente: ¿Qué es realmente vivir feliz? Y, ¿por qué lo deseamos tanto, pero nos cuesta tanto rozarlo, aunque sea por un pasajero segundo?

Aquí, el silencio y la observación son claves. Al distanciarnos, desentrañamos capa a capa nuestra esencia, encontrando la pura consciencia donde el Yo se desvanece y simplemente somos.
