Pushing exercises are a foundational part of any balanced workout routine. Whether it's push-ups, chest presses, or shoulder presses, these movements not only improve muscle tone and endutance but also support posture and upper-body stability - key for everything from carrying groceries to better sports performance.

Pushing movements are also great for building functional strength - the kind of power you actually use in real life. They help improve bone density, reduce injury risk, and enhance joint health. Plus, when dope in circuits or high-intensity formats, they boost heart rate and aid fat loss too.

The beauty? You can do pushing exercises anywhere - with bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. The result? A stronger, more capable, and more confident you.

At Bodytime we let ourself inspire by all exercise & sport – in essence any movement. Think gymnastics, acrobatics, athletics, weightlifting, martial arts, dance, yoga.. endless possibilities. Our effective and practical training method is focused on creating a fit and proficient human body. For now and for later. We are known for our open and friendly atmosphere, experienced trainers and high quality classes.
