My yoga journey began around 20 years ago while writing my PhD thesis. Yoga became a space where I could pause, breathe and reconnect with myself, both on and off the mat.
After practicing different styles over the years, I fell in love with Yin Yoga for its softness and stillness. To me, yin feels like meditation in shape: a moment to slow down, clear the mind and simply be present.
As a Yin Yoga teacher, meditation instructor and Ayurveda Wellness Coach, I love creating classes inspired by seasonal living, breath and self-connection. In my classes we move gently, slow down intentionally and create space to listen inward, often accompanied by tea, intention setting or affirmations ✨
