Ready to move into Warrior III? ✨
Peak poses are never about rushing. They unfold when the body is prepared and the mind is calm.
Before stepping into Warrior III, we take time to warm up and create space. We gently open the hip flexors with dynamic lunges, build awareness and strength in plank, ground through the legs in pyramid, and explore balance in tree pose. This way, Warrior III can feel steady, light, and supported.
