Memory of My Heart ๑ Meditation & Sound Session

You’re warmly invited to a heart-opening evening of sound, stillness, and remembrance at Sir ADAM in the ADAM Tower - an intimate gathering to celebrate the release of my debut album, Milo – Memory of My Heart.

Lie down, breathe deep, and let go.
We’ll begin with a gentle meditation, guiding you into presence - leaving worries behind.
Then, immerse yourself in a live sonic journey of piano, strings, angelic voices, and nature - music crafted to open the heart, quiet the mind, and awaken the spirit.

After this journey of around 45 minutes - we have left plenty of time to mingle and connect!

We’re looking forward to touch base again, seeing old and new faces - for some Heartfelt connections!

The Abbey was inspired by the heart of Glastonbury, where the Archangel Michael and Mary Magdalene ley line converges - a powerful energetic axis stretching from Land’s End to Bury St Edmunds in the UK.

This sacred ground, recognized as part of the Heart Chakra of the Earth, is where spiritual currents intertwine.

I composed this song to resonate with that sacred frequency, allowing it to pulse with the land’s ancient energy. Sounds of the sacred trees of The Abbey are added as a silent force in the background.

Recorded in tranquil stillness,  The Abbey carries the rhythmic heartbeat of the Earth itself.

Happy birthday to Milo 🩷
Today at 11:22, the veil thins and a heartbeat returns.

On September 3rd, the day you were born.
At 11:22, the exact time you left this Earth.
A full circle.
A sacred return.

The frequency of love that teaches beyond time.

Milo - Memory of My Heart is my debut album, from nothing I let this world emerge, every melody, every note, every sound carefully handcrafted with love. A tribute to Milo, a beloved little Jack Russell Terrier who reminded me that life’s beauty unfolds with an open Heart. Despite her small stature, Milo showed me how profound an impact one can make through positivity, loyalty, empathy, and deep friendship. Her playful spirit, the ability to always be in the moment, and boundless curiosity guided us on unforgettable adventures. For me, Milo embodied the world we long for - a place of unconditional love and profound connection.

Unconditional love is a reminder of a memory we hold,
of a place that exceeds space and time.
A place that seems long forgotten,
but we remember each time we return.
It’s the place we all come from.
And it’s the place where we will meet again.

In 2025 we welcome a new creative path with the launch of our own record label, The Conscious Club Records.

When words fail,
music opens the door.

It bypasses the mind’s noise.
It slips past the walls we’ve built.

You’re still alive.”

Music is the portal back to the heart.
To presence. To connection.

“Be water my friend”, was where we ended our last endeavour.

We surrendered, rested and melted with the flow of life, until we were ready to wash upon a shore of renewed hope and inspiration. A new place where we could build a new foundation. We planted seeds along the way. We watered it. Gave it our time and patience. We trusted the process to do it’s thing beneath the surface of a higher purpose. And gave it the space it needed to sprout in alignment of divine timing.

And here we are.

Somehow, by following our inner compass, we got perfectly synced with a monumental cosmic shift.
We are witnessing the close of a 500-year cycle in the current ruling system, entering a new era that returns power to the people, emphasizing peace, community, and the upliftment of all humanity.

This fresh breeze goes hand in hand with our new company policy where we have decided to donate 33% of our profits to the Building A Better Planet Foundation.

In Numerology, 33 is the most advanced on the spiritual path, it is a master teacher number representing pure love, and its responsibility is to support and uplift humankind and bring compassion to the world. The Building A Better Planet Foundation is in honor of Milo, who to us embodies the spirit of 33. Milo is a small Jack Russel Terrier who showed us that life is more beautiful with an open Heart. That no matter how small we are, we can make a life-changing impact. And that positivity, loyalty, empathy, deep friendship, playfulness, being in the moment and curiosity leads to the best life, full of the most amazing adventures. Milo is a great example on how the world can be, when we come from a place of unconditional love.

We believe that small, impactful actions can collectively lead to significant, positive change. Through hands-on, transparent projects, we aim to support animal welfare, enhance human-wellbeing, protect and restore nature, and empower communities.

We are looking forward this new phase of the company!
