A new sacred series of 15-minute healing sound journeys designed to guide you into the deepest states of restoration and connection.

In SANCTUARY, I work with special harmonics and overtones through what is called the sacred five vowel sounds that correspond to the directions of the medicine wheel, each carrying specific healing properties:

A (ah) - East - Mental Body - Purification
The dawn, new beginnings, and illumination. Like the rising sun, this sound clears the mental fog and opens the heart to fresh perspective and clarity.

E (eh) - South - Emotional Body - Relationship
The path of the heart, where we build bridges between souls. This frequency restores our natural ability to connect, nurture relationships, and flow with our emotional truth.

I (ee) - West - Physical Body - Awareness
The direction of introspection and shadow work. This sound illuminates what was hidden within our physical selves, bringing conscious recognition to our body’s wisdom and needs.

O (oh) - North - Spiritual Body - Innocence
The place of wisdom, elders, and ancestral knowledge. This frequency returns us to spiritual innocence, to the wonder and openness that allows divine wisdom to enter.

U (uu) - Center - All Bodies - Carrying
The sacred center, the axis mundi where all directions meet. This sound grounds and anchors, providing the foundation to carry our medicine and sustain our practice through all seasons of life.

These sacred vowel vibrations awaken deeper layers of your being, creating a perfect container for breathwork, meditation, and profound inner journeys.

Today, in the energy of the New Moon in Pisces and on the March 20 Equinox, I’m releasing my new album Carried By The Light.

Spiritually Equinox stands for new beginnings and the triumph of light. It’s a sacred pause, deeply woven into global folkore as a time of magic and transition.

Ancient monuments like Stonehenge and the Mayan pyramid El Castillo are astronomically aligned to capture the Equinox Sun, suggesting the return of a God or a Life Force.

Across all traditions, the equinox is consistently seen as a potent gateway. And from this point forward, as the sun crosses the celestial equator, the light will outlast the darkness each day.

Life is full with beautiful synchronicities. Little did I know all of the above, on December 6, when I composed the first song of this album, Carried By The Light. I immediately knew this was also going to be the title of my new album.

When I was contemplating on possible launch dates that fitted the dreamy energy of this album, the new moon in Pisces (new beginnings + dreamy energy) and the Equinox were coming up - in perfect alignment with the energy of this album! I love how life always has a plan waiting for you.

This album feels as if you drift away on a fluffy cloud, carried…. carried by the light.. Every song is a journey reminding you that Great Spirit is always with you. And if you allow yourself to deeply listen to the music, you can feel yourself being gently held. All sounds in this album are like little floating particles of your own origin, awakening a deep cellular memory of belonging. Each note is an invitation to surrender, to feel the unseen support that is always present. And the celestial voices are like a soft guide calling you home.

With special gratitude to everyone who held space for this music, to Great Spirit, to my guides and to my dog Milo, who’s woven in every beat my Heart makes.

Jai ma is a sacred Sanskrit mantra that means “Victory to the Mother”. It is a celebration of the Divine Feminine in all her forms: the Earth, the Mother, the Goddess, the creative, nurturing, and fierce power that births, protects, and transforms all life.

On International Women’s Day, we honor that power - not just in the world, but within every heart.

This single is a musical offering to that sacred force. At its heart is the angelic, soulful voice of , whose singing becomes a prayer, a hymn, a soft invocation to the Mother within us all.
