About Andreas Trussat:
Andreas Trussat is the director of Andreas Trussat Yoga and yoga coach in the South of Amsterdam. He teaches transformational classes whithin the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga & Yin Yoga to bring you to your true self. Lino Miele was his first teacher and Andreas continued to study with Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy in Mysore (India) and many more. These days he designs, creates and teaches skilled transitions for a healthy, balanced, grounded, intuitive, open and relaxed well-being. He invests in personal growth and a peaceful environment. Renowned for his energy and humour, his enthusiasm is infectious, his passion motivating, his beneficial hands- on adjustments
and his total love of teaching inspiring. Andreas taught workshops, events & retreats around the globe and clearly captures the heart of the audience.
