Dheera and Zahira both received their training from Bodhigita whom directly learned Ayurvedic Yoga Massage from Kusum Modak, the master who invented this method. Dheera has worked with AYM since 2012 and Zahira since 2014. Kusum Modak is from Pune, India and she has combined her knowledge of Ayurveda, Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Yoga (directly learned from BKS Iyengar, and combined her knowl

edge to create her method. Dheera and Zahira both know the profound healing qualities of this body work that deals with guided breath, release, deep pressure, and assisted yoga postures, and feel grateful to be able to share this transformational method with others.
