I remember it clearly—
exactly 20 years ago, I received my EMDR® (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification.

And I didn’t just study it, I went through it myself.

I had around 50 EMDR® sessions, working on my own childhood experiences—
and I remember thinking: this is brilliant work.

Because I could feel the shift. Not just understand it.

That’s why I’ve been using EMDR® for trauma resolution ever since.

I use it for things like:

– anxiety, panic, and chronic stress
– relationship patterns and recurring conflicts
– fear of closeness or trust
– grief and loss
– burnout and emotional exhaustion
– difficult childhood experiences
– shock or medical trauma
– performance pressure

Because often it’s not about what happened—
but what the body still holds.

EMDR® helps the system finally process that.
