As we approach the end of another year, we would like to take the moment to thank everyone who contributed to our successes this year.

We made new valuable partnerships, we helped thousands of people make the best decisions about their health, and in collaboration with two of our partners, we launched a Ukrainian Health Line in Slovakia, so that war refugees in the country can get quick easy access to help and information about the health system.

We are so excited about what’s to come in 2023. From new partnerships and new product launches to welcoming new team members, it promises to be a great year.

When facing a cancer diagnosis, it is crucial for patients to have the cancer subtype correctly diagnosed as it will be determinative of the correct treatment. A second opinion on the biopsy analysis reduces the chance of misdiagnosis and can either confirm or refute the original diagnosis and hence the treatment plan.

After 3 years, we had the opportunity to, once again, come together with some of the Diagnose.me doctors for a celebratory dinner in Vienna.

The doctors we work with are the very essence of what we do and how we are able to help people around the world. We are extremely thankful for the expertise and knowledge they bring to our clients.

We had a chance to talk about our past successes and future hopes, united by the passion for making a difference in even one person's life.

Ten years ago we set out on a mission to make international medical expertise accessible to everyone, no matter who they are, where they are, or what language they speak.

Today, through our platform people can easily connect with top international specialists who help them make the right decisions about their health.

Furthermore, over 3.5 million households in Europe have access to this service through our partners who offer it as an added benefit with their products.

And we are not stopping here.

As we look into the future, we want to further democratize access to expert medical care as well as to the latest medical innovations that might not yet be locally available for everyone.

To help people fleeing the war in Ukraine have access to online medical assistance in Slovakia, we launched a dedicated health line in the Ukrainian language.
Our trained operators evaluate the caller’s situation and either provide direct support or connect callers with appropriate doctors and specialists at no cost (phone operator charges apply).
