To me, this is the path of yoga. A way of seeing and a practice.
Jeff Foster reminds me: “It is one thing to know who we really are when life is easy and things are going well for us. It’s another thing to remember this in the heat of the moment, when things fall apart, when life gets messy and our dreams turn to dust.”
From the first yoga class I followed in India, December 2009, I felt: this practice is going to be with me for the rest of my life.
