In addition to the life experience which I have gained since 1974, I was schooled as Master Coach at the Europees Instituut (European Institute) in Driebergen, The Netherlands. This education is based on the mental legacy of Carl Rogers, who is one of the founding fathers of humanistic phsychology. Beaufort Coaching creates an environment that provides her clients with genuineness, acceptance and empathy . Having spent an important part of my life abroad I can relate to the adjustment and struggles related to ex- and repatriatism. In addition, I have broad experience in the field of the recruitment industry and career counseling.
