Our first run kicks off Sunday, January 4th at 10:30 in Amsterdamse Bos.

This is a social, community-first run—not a performance or pace-focused group. We’ll move together, chat, breathe, and enjoy being outside. All levels are welcome, and going slow is absolutely okay :)

When: Sundays at 10:30 (starting Jan 4)

Cost: Free & open to all

As the year winds down and we navigate the darkest days of the year, we want to say a heartfelt thank you. Thank you for choosing to prioritise your health and nervous system with us throughout the year 🌿

The holiday season is a wonderful time to connect with those we love. For many it can also be a busy and demanding time on the mind and body. First of all, we would say, try not to throw out all your health habits just because it’s a festive time. Enjoy the parties and excessive eating AND keep moving and prioritise sleep and all the other healthy routines you already have.

Staying connected to your care during this time helps support your nervous system regulation and resilience so you can truly enjoy the moments that matter.

Here are our opening hours for the end of the year so you can plan your adjustments and stay supported through the festive period ✨

New Weekly Solar Ritual: Community Cold Plunge! ❄️

Join us Sundays at 10:00 at AmsterDeck, Nieuwe Meer for a refreshing dip and a boost to your mood, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Cold plunging can support your nervous system, release feel-good hormones, improve circulation, and help you drop into the present moment.

Bring: swimsuit, towel, warm layers, dry socks, and a warm drink for after.

Free & open to everyone. See you at the lake! 🧊💙

(Note: not recommended for those in high stress, with cardiovascular/respiratory issues, during menstruation/luteal phase, or with acute injuries.)

Join us on Sunday, November 9 at 15:00 at Yagoy (De Pijp) for an afternoon of movement, breath, and connection. Expect a mix of yoga, animal movement, posture work, breath practice, and of course some deep adjustments to regulate your nervous system.

It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, meet others in our growing community, and recharge your energy for the weeks ahead.
