Update on Soma
Soma has made huge progress — he’s talking, eating normally, and regaining more memory each day.

With continued support, he’s on track to return to his normal life.

He’s doing great — the team is even discussing discharging him this coming week.

Update on Soma
Soma is doing a lot better today — he’s sitting up in a chair, asking for food, and keeps saying: “I’ve never felt so great.”

He’s still having seizures and is now on three different medications to manage them. But his spirit is strong and his energy is coming back.

Update on Soma
Soma is still confused and has difficulty speaking, but the seizures have reduced significantly.

Doctors are now adjusting his medication to stabilize him further. A food specialist and physical therapist will support his nutrition and mobility starting tonight or tomorrow.

He’s resting and slowly recovering — thank you all for the continued love and support 💛

Dear friends, here’s a quick update on Soma.

This past Tuesday, he missed his epilepsy medication and had multiple seizures during the night. He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday and sent home after one night. Unfortunately, he’s been re-admitted, as he continues to have several seizures per hour despite increased medication.

Doctors haven’t yet found the exact cause. Some tests have been done, but with the weekend, they won’t continue further diagnostics until Tuesday.

Many people have kindly asked about visiting, but the hospital strongly advises rest for now. Soma is very sensitive to stimuli and needs peace and quiet to recover.
