Since I had a few questions on how the shiatsu workshop will work and can people take individual sessions instead of full block of five here is little more explanation for everybody:
The workshops will be designed like this:
Basic of Do In and Kata (lets call them sun salutations and standing postures for better understanding), holding perpendicular pressure I will be teaching and re teaching in every single session, they are base and will be repeated over and over again.
The only difference will be that in each workshop we will concentrate on different thing/part of the body for instance back, feet, head etc. so if we are doing feet and week before was stomach I cannot in respect of time go back into detailed explanation of stomach, you will have to do stomach some other time but you will not miss out on the basics and feet for instance.
Practise of shiatsu techniques is same as yoga, it's practise of awareness so I will repeat this workshops again. If you missed one of them you can catch up in next bock…
I also do every year at least three big workshops to stay in touch with basics and then add on it and learn more. Like in our ashtanga practise no matter how many times we did our practice we always learn more and more every single time we practise…
