Your nervous system has had time to settle. The exercises โ shaking, movement meditation, dance, sounding โ are no longer something you're doing. They start doing you!
It isn't always comfortable: it can be physically demanding. Legs shake. Breath moves emotions. That is not a problem โ that is the work. And we are here for that.
