Familieopstellingen dag
Samen met Lisa Kortenhorst organiseer ik op zaterdag 6 december een dag rond familieopstellingen.
Tijdens deze dag is er ruimte voor 3 of 4 opstellingen en daarnaast kun je deelnemen als representant.
Tijden: 10:00 – 16:00 uur (inloop 09:45 uur)
Aantal personen: min. 8 – max. 10
Lunch: Koffie, thee en lekkers zijn verzorgen wij, eigen lunch mag je zelf meebrengen.
Datum workshop: 29 november 2025
Kosten inbrenger: €125
Kosten representant: €40
Locatie: Tweede Atjehstraat 44H, 1094 LJ Amsterdam-Oost
Wat is een familieopstelling:
Een familieopstelling is een mooie en vaak diepe manier om zicht te krijgen op onbewuste patronen binnen je familiesysteem.
Door neer te zetten wat er speelt, ontstaat er ruimte om te zien, te voelen en te begrijpen wat eerder onbewust invloed had.
Een opstelling kan helderheid brengen, rust geven en beweging mogelijk maken in iets dat lange tijd vast leek te zitten.
De waarde van meedoen als representant:
Ook als je zelf geen vraag inbrengt, kan het bijzonder waardevol zijn om deel te nemen als representant.
Je wordt uitgenodigd om intuïtief te bewegen in het veld van iemand anders, en vaak raakt of spiegelt wat daar gebeurt ook iets in jezelf.
Veel mensen ervaren deelname als representant als verdiepend, helend en verbindend.
Ik kijk ernaar uit om samen een dag te creëren waarin er ruimte is voor inzicht, zachtheid en verbinding.

Family Constellations Day
Together with Lisa Kortenhorst, I am hosting a Family Constellations Day on Saturday, November 29, 2025, in Amsterdam.
During this day, there will be space for three to four constellations, and you are warmly invited to participate either by bringing your own question or by joining as a representative.
Time: 10:00 – 16:00 (doors open at 09:45)
Group size: Minimum 8 – maximum 10 participants
Lunch: We will provide coffee, tea, and some treats. Please bring your own lunch
Cost: €125 (bring in your own constellation
Cost: €40 (Representative)

About Family Constellations:
A family constellation is a beautiful and often profound way to gain insight into unconscious patterns within your family system.
By setting up what is present, space arises to see, feel, and understand what may have been influencing you beneath the surface.
A constellation can bring clarity, ease, and new movement to something that has long felt stuck.
Participating as a Representative:
Even if you do not bring a personal question, taking part as a representative can be deeply valuable.
You are invited to move intuitively within someone else’s constellation, and what unfolds often resonates with your own life in surprising ways.
Many people experience participating as a representative as grounding, healing, and deeply connecting.
