Hello dear community, As many of you know, I will be getting a BRAND NEW HIP tomorrow! Which is such a welcome event, there has been increasing pain since a bike accident three years ago. It will take some time to heal, but all Sivananda classes at Svaha Yoga will happily continue with the fantastic guidance of Dana, Gregory, Kirsten, and Marieke....

As we move into the darker months, it's great to have another opportunity to practice online. Starting NEXT WEEK, 10 September, join me every Wednesday at 16.30 for a 75-minute class to ease us gently into the evening.
