We hope everyone is making the best of the snow…. I can tell you its been a real shock from the Australian summer.

I took this photo where I swam on my last day of my holiday in Sydney - My first 2km to start my journey to 200km for the year. Last year I swam 185 km.

This Week is our last Week in the practice for 2025 before I head out to Sydney to spend 2 weeks with my Family in 🇦🇺.

There are only few appointment slots left this week and unless already booked, we are now only accepting additional New Patients as of 2026.

We will be re-opening again, refreshed and renewed for 2026 on January 6th.

Amy and I wish everyone a safe a happy holiday period.

My Heart Is with Sydney and the Jewish Community at this time.

Bondi will never be the same.

Could have easily been me and my family on Bondi beach as its one of our favorite places to visit when we are home and we are leaving for Sydney this week.

Pray for Australia.

Congratulations to our Chiropractic Assistant Noa winning 🥇in the 50m Breaststroke in the Under 16 category at the Noord Holland State Championsips over the weekend. She swam a new personal best time of 35.21 seconds. Lane 5.

Her Swimming training commitments and her school homework schedule means we won’t be seeing much of her in 2026.

The practice will be open for limited hours only this week while Noa and I take a special trip to see this lady in NEW YORK!

The practice will be Closed tomorrow Friday June 12th and again on Saturday June 21st while our Saturday CA- Noa competes at the Dutch Senior Long Course Nationals/Swim Trials in Amersfoort and also at the Dutch Junior Long Course Nationals Championships in Drachten for Under 16’s.

We are so proud of you making it into both of these championships at just 14 years of age!
