The practice will be Closed tomorrow Friday June 12th and again on Saturday June 21st while our Saturday CA- Noa competes at the Dutch Senior Long Course Nationals/Swim Trials in Amersfoort and also at the Dutch Junior Long Course Nationals Championships in Drachten for Under 16’s.

We are so proud of you making it into both of these championships at just 14 years of age!

We support you in taking regular breaks throughout the year. And as such we will also be taking a holiday over the festive season.

Last Adjustments slots for 2024 are already filling up. We are here to serve you until Saturday Dec 21st.

Re-opening again ready and fully recharged for a healthy start in 2025 on January 2nd (with our regular opening hours).

Thank-you for another wonderful year and we can’t wait to see you back in 2025. (Pun intended)

If you had told me 20 Years Ago when I left my home town of Melbourne for a job in the Dutch village of Castricum, that 20 years later I would be writing a post and celebrating my time living in Amsterdam…. I never would have in a million years ever believed you!

I’m even having a hard time comprehending how time has flown by, all the things that have happened in that time and also that I am still here practicing Chiropractic.

And even in my own practice that I opened more than 13 years ago!

Come and share a Stroopwafel, a laugh or a fun memory with us this week as we celebrate the Universe having Amazing almost unbelievable things in store for us all - if we just let ourselves ride the wave of life and see where it take us.

Today there was REAL MAGIC in my Office.

Spine Tingling Magic.

Little O was brought into see me for an Intake.

His mum saw a post about Chiropractic and my practice from and she brought him in.

4 years old, Non-verbal, No eye contact,… and a diagnosis.

Here is a mother who has extended almost all
Resources in health care and has absolutely not given up on her son.

By the end of our session O had made eye contact- even if it was for just a few milliseconds - with his mum - and then directly with Me! We both saw it!

I truly got Goosebumps all over, hairs stuck up on my arms and I could feel the magic, spirit, innate intelligence or whatever YOU want to call it which was fully alive in him and in the room.

Today was a truly very special day in my career. A very exciting one for O’s mum and me.

It’s “Back to School” for Most Schools in Amsterdam today…

Besides making sure that your kids are not packing too heavy a back pack to carry— their lunch should be made from REAL FOOD.

Basic tip for my kids is…
Did it grow in the ground or on a tree?
Did it used to walk, swim or fly?
Does it go off ?
Would their Great Grand Parents have eaten it? Or would they have even have known what it was?

I remind them that there is no “bread tree” so when packing kids’ lunches or even better ….when having them pack their OWN school lunch like the kid in this photo now does….. Hallelujah!!

Ps- you will be seeing this grown up kid- Noa (my eldest) on Saturdays in weeks to come while she comes and helps out on the front desk.

PS - this picture is a few years old and she is now 14 and of legal age to work in the practice on weekends 😉
