Couples retreat ❤️ 💗
Some if our sweet group from the Couples retreat in Syvilla in March.
We are touched by the realness and willingness to go deeper, appreciations, addressing painful things and staying present ❤️

Long term romantic relationships are not so always easy and our deepest wouns often activate.
And close safe connection present a beautiful opportunity to heal, feel accepted and loved as we are.

We are happy tgst we have added more exercises and time in the forest to our retreats 🌲🌿

Erasmus+ program "Embrasing Conflict" full swing
In Caserne Bascule in Joigny.
Today we will do exercises and sharing about resourcing 🙂
Yesterday one of the core topics was the usefullness of noticing and staying with physical sensations.
And the separation between noticing and imagining / thinking.
The sun is shining too ☀️🙂🙂

Quick stop in Paris before Joigny and the kick off for Erasmus+ training on Sunday morning 🙂

More throw back memories!
Nine years ago leading a weekend workshop in Berlin.
It was pretty warm then and most likely now too 🙂
Currently we do not offer workshop in Berlin, there are other trainers doing that such as Michael, Marvin and Christoph.
Our annual tradition The Honesty Gathering is though part if the program, aboyt an hour outside of Berlin in beautiful Spitzmühle 😍
This year we will meet 23-27 September and we have tentatively booked our five day spot for September 2027 too 🤩
Nothing is planned or quaranteed after tgat so if you are planning to join the Honesty Gathering the time is now!

On the road again!
40 minutes stop in Lund, very sweet city and totally new to me 🙂
Some time to grab a coffee and walk around in sunshine ☀️
We could spend more time in Lund in the future!
And admire old buildings & spring flowers, we do not have any flowers in Syvilla yet.
Then Copenhagen. Just in time for lunch🍉🥯🍄‍🟫🥙
In Munster Pete stepped off the train and Tuulia continued to Cologne. Quick visit to the catedral before train!
Paris is waiting 🙂
The final stop is Joigny in France to lead an Erasmus+ training for youth and youth workers on Embrasing & handling conflict in a connecting and healthy way.

Three years ago we led a Couples retreat with this sweet group!
Sincw then Syvilla has welcomed several couples, both in March and in August for the Weeklong Couples Retreat.
We enjiy sharing about our tools and useful couples habits such as five minute sharings and appreciations fest ❤️
We are also open about our challenges, learnings and successes.
One of the biggest learnings is taking responsibity of our own reactions, triggers and actions.
And saying sorry is also a great one!
