Am I the only one who thinks that Esther and William should have double-barreled their surnames? Mr and Mrs Rainbow-Brown has a really intruiging ring to it...

"Sarah, Daughter of George Kemble a Comedian." Now there's a job you don't expect to find in a C18th birth record!
George was a stage actor famous for playing comedic roles. His daughter Sarah went on to be a famous actress in her own right, under her married name, Sarah Siddons. However, she didn't fully follow in her father's footsteps. She chose to specialise in tragedy rather than comedy 😃

How to confuse future genealogists 101
Step 1: name your first daughter Elizabeth and your second daughter Eliza.
Step 2: have four different men called William all living in the same house.
Step 3: raise the genealogist's spirits again by living in a pub called "Jolly Sailor." This will stop the genealogist from getting too frustrated and giving up 😝
