Over two weeks (22 June – 05 July), this immersive experience blends traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga, embodied movement, creative sequencing and practical alignment — supporting growth physically, mentally and energetically.
✨ Daily Mysore-Style Ashtanga
Sharath and Cece will guide daily Mysore-style classes for committed practitioners of all levels. This self-paced format allows students to work through Primary and (where appropriate) Second Series with individualised guidance, refinement and encouragement.

Jump Back & Jump Through + Arm Balancing 🤸🏽♀️
Saturday 27 June | 14:00–17:00
Explore biomechanics, strength, timing and confidence for safer, lighter transitions. Arm balance sequences will be woven in to cultivate stability, clarity and play.
Hands-On Assists Workshop 🙌🏽
Sunday 28 June | 14:00–17:00
A deep dive into giving and receiving clear, respectful and effective assists. Focus on touch, cues and intelligent support to refine alignment and deepen experience.
🌕 Monday 29 June (Full Moon): instead of Mysore, we’ll use the time to practise the assists learned.
Second Series Introduction & Advancement 🧘🏽♀️
Saturday 04 & Sunday 05 July | 14:00–17:00
For practitioners preparing to enter Second Series or refining their current practice. We’ll break down key postures, transitions, strength requirements and pacing with clarity and care.
This is an intimate Mysore setting with limited spaces.
