Societies and workplaces need an enormous shift in the way people relate to one another in order to truly thrive. Empatiko emerged to be a catalyst for a cultural shift from disengaged to deeply connected. Established in 2017, we’re an organisation driven by progressive ideas and bold actions.
Creating open and safe spaces together to share and become aware of ourselves through others.
Helping organisations, communties and mental health systems reawaken to a new vision of pain, grief, trauma and mental illness, from pathology to a complex experience that provides wisdom, insights and meaning.
Assisting human development to elicit the extraordinary potential of people.
In our efforts to change how people connect in the world, we do workshops and consulting services providing a process and creating experiences that ignite societal and organisational (Companies, local communities and Mental Health Institutions) bottom up culture change.
To do so, we combine innovative process that derives from psychology, anthropology, design thinking and improv comedy - to inspire creativity and create sustainable growth. Celebrating differences, cultivating authenticity and allowing people to gain powerful insights of their inner world, to build meaningful relationships.
Check out our page for the latest social impact projects and events that we currently organise:
Empatiko Open - monthly community building workshop, where everyone is invited to experience exercises based on theater and movement to create physical, emotional and mental awareness of the self and others. Each month the workshop is designed around a theme, where people can express themselves fully and share their insights on the given topic - to experience a true human connection.
Social Hack - we gather courageous community builders, who want to disrupt what is ‘normal' in public spaces, by organising different manifestations of creative and spontaneous activities, that invite everyone to connect out of their default mode.
We also organise mini social hacks for conferences, to inspire spontaneous connection and meaningful networking. If you wish to find out more, contact us at: hello@empatiko.org.
On our website you can also find all of our current programs and services of innovative workshops for companies, who are interested to build organizational culture from the ground up.
