Today in our slow Sunday, inspired by the , de mooie activiteiten and the free coloring pages by we read Rinus -translated to Spanish by MamΓ‘-, Mama took a joyful moment to color Rinus and our son made him a train tunnel (that he calls 'brug'=bridge).

is also a firm of .. it doesn't matter how long or short it might be, as long as you stay there, consciously capturing the moment of observation/self expression. Freeing yourself from any form of judgement could make this experience better and add a loving feeling to your experience.

Drawing could be a very valuable tool to break your .. With this I want to deliver the message that It's perfectly fine to do something just because, for the fun of it, just because it makes you happy.

Within the chaotic daily lives we experience nowadays, learning to create moments to pause, breathe, reflect, and finding inner peace becomes more meaningful than ever. Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to help us navigate challenges, improve our well-being, and enhance our overall quality of life.

Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this training is tailored to support you on your journey and I'm more than happy to join you on this transformative process starting on August 15.

This program is crafted with love and care, aimed at helping you:

Happy Summer Solstice

Solstice means 'sun that stays still', during this day, day and night balance giving space for a moment of harvest and receiving the blessings from our hard work the last half a year -northern hemisphere-, and to be grateful for everything we have achieved, enter the months of rest and replanting the seeds of our new adventures -southern hemisphere.

For me, coming from the south and now living on the north creates a conflict .. for me today we celebrate the Machaq Mara (Aymara folks new year celebration), which relates to the Winter Solstice and I cannot exchange the festivities.. Because my heart is there. However I enjoyed the celebrations of this midsummer's day and the Full Moon joining this year.

Enjoy your harvest!
