This week, I stepped out of my comfort zone.
It was my first time working in a hospital environment, and I’ll be honest — I felt a little nervous walking in.
But once I got started, something shifted. I realized it wasn’t about doing everything perfectly — it was about being present.
The experience reminded me how powerful compassion and human connection really are. Sometimes, the smallest moments — a breath, a touch, a shared silence — can create something meaningful.
It was humbling, and it taught me more about patience, empathy, and trust than anything else I’ve done in a long time.
