The raw truth... I love you when you show up for me in the ways that are inviting discomfort..and not just wishfull love and light for every experience, when you don't make it about you but about all of us alone together, having actual compassion and capability to set yourself in someone elses shoes.

The physical life..nature.. isn't comfortable. It is about relentless change and not coddling. When deep initiatory moments come...the mind won't help, but embodiment and others in it can transform and support you.

Can you then support people showing up to listen, daily, even when it seems daunting, allow and praise, not fixing just making more space to be in the sacred space of grief, struggle or life changing events, can you be the leader everyone wants to be and change your world for real? this will propel all of us to the next wave of deep innerstandong and relationships and deep love for humanity and as a result for the world at large.

Showing up in the process even when it's hard to choose love and praise for my soul and that of my loved ones.

Right on the eve of celebrating a new year, i had planned a few exciting shares here, yet a grief rose in the family here and back in my natal roots that need attendance first. I know these are gifts in disguise for us all, and i know our brother is returning to wholeness as we breathe right now. This experience invites me to refocus and lean in to love deeper.

This is living in me right now and outside of me in my family realm, lots of grief and family patterns uncovered, silence never healed ours..so this is me breaking the silence and starting the conversation. No matter how it is received, my love is kind not convenient.

My faith is strong, and God is in me, all around me, and part of this path we call life on earth.

Spring Equinox Global Intention:
Today we gathered with thousands around the world online and or on our daily activities for 5 minutes of feeling and expressing being:
United in peace, love, and respect for ourselves and others. I am grateful to have joined.

We must be the change we want to see in the world. Little by little, day by day, together we rise, we look at our dark behaviours, we take action, not say words. We own our s**t and we see that it all just needed to be SEEN & FELT.
A wise one once said:
'There are only acts of love and cries for love, and both are fed only by more of that love.'

That thing thats coming to scare us, its a cry for love or it is an act of love.. They are one and the same they both are better with some more love.

The world might be noisy right now, but i came to build the new, you did too! hold your vision! ❤️‍🔥

Singing,drumming with the elements together is fun, yet a deeper transformation happens to all collectively, it supports our bond as humans, it brings calm, grounds us and prepare us for a deeper connection in the day to day to others.

This Spring is the birth of a new year,one with tipple fire energy, one where foundations need to be put on earth as water energy is at the lowest among us, we must share it with the earth quite literally, ground ourselves to be able to dance with the mind after.

Plant a tree, spend 1 hour sitting on bare ground, listen to the waves, take the scenery in, bring yourself to natural environments more often, and invite others, also join a gathering a drum circle dance be joyful because this lives in us too.🥰😃

In the coming days, i invite you to be kind to yourself, feel the energy of this new year, don't try to run faster, harder, but implement the groundwork for it to be a powerful transformation rooted in love for yourself and others.

We all need eachother in this times. And i am here for it💯❤️‍🔥

Women its time💃💃💃❤️‍🔥
The world has taught us to fix everything privately...pain, struggle, dreams all kept in silence, invisible to a demanding world. But when women come together, something shifts.

We don't seek answers, we recall.

When we listen and sit with each other fully, we remember: countless generations of women before us practiced this. They came together, transformed villages, and brought their essence to the world with more confidence, more love, more support.

This women's circle is an honest, real, supportive space, wired for connection and resilience amongst each other. I'm honoured to come together with you, dear woman.

I sat with her... she asked me to hold space,
so I did...
I and I.. sharing in the depths of fear, grief, and the joy and excitement for life right now.

As I sat there in presence, I could hear my own psyche wanting to express all of this in a vulnerable and authentic share.

I sat there, listening with an open heart.
Without judgement, my heart swealling, feeling my own depth. I know my own faith, fears, grief, joy, and exciment have all a place to be received and transformed.

I choose to meet it with love and compassion at every single moment.

Knowing that this too shall pass.

Who disrespects the mother... disrespects all creation. This is for all women:Are you ready to fully feel, transform, and alchemize all of what you experience? especially pain, grief, and discomfort?

The only way is in...into our wombs, expressing out of our bodies into creation and birthing new better worlds. This is how we fully heal and stand in our power to balance life once again. And it is happening. Our evolution, the new earth, is here. There is nothing .. stopping this.

Playing the handpan is one of the ways I trust in my creative process and allow for more creativity to flow and even come back stronger for decision making. This is not about perfection. Just the pleasure of playing it.😏💫
