During the next few weeks, we’re focusing on the theme of Sangha which, in the context of yoga, describes a group of like-minded individuals coming together, making connections. Sounds just like Yagoy!

And in the beautiful spirit of community, we’re delighted to invite you to a special free gathering on 1 March. There’ll be joyful mantras, music and singing, led by some of your teachers, to infuse the studio with renewed energy for the year ahead.

🎓✨ Congratulations to the Yagoy Vinyasa TT Class of 2025 ✨🎓

Ten months of practice, study, reflection, and showing up for one another… and somehow it still feels like it all went by in a breath.

This year’s group was endlessly curious, philosophical, thoughtful, and unafraid to ask the kind of questions that opened new doors for all of us. Truly, we learned as much from them as they did from us.

And the laughter. So much laughter! Tears, insight, breakthroughs, and more funny moments than we can count.

Gretchen and I feel deeply grateful to have walked this path with them. Watching them grow into confident, compassionate teachers has been a joy and an honor.

Here’s to their next chapter:
to courageous teaching, continuous learning, and carrying this practice forward with integrity, humor, and an open heart. 💛✨

Our Karma Hosts keep our community thriving. In exchange for one 3-hour shift each week, they receive a free Always Yagoy Unlimited subscription — and become an essential part of the heartbeat of our studios.
