As we step into this new year, our vision is clear: release, create space, and allow new forms to emerge. 🌿💫

Meet Mer, one of Karunika’s co-owners, a breathwork & meditation teacher, and a holistic therapist in . She arrived in mid-2024 like a whirlwind of transformation, bringing exploration, play, and deep change to both the physical space and our inner worlds. Alongside Yanna, they’ve been reshaping Karunika from the inside out, planting the seeds for a vibrant spiritual community. 🌱

In Karunika, we embrace both the seen and the unseen—the Yin and the Yang, the balance of energies that shape our existence. 🌗 Just as day needs night and breath needs silence, our two spaces, Studio 11 and Studio 38, embody this dance of opposites, creating harmony in the heart of Rivierenbuurt. 💫

Each studio reflects the unique essence of our co-owners, Yanna and Mer.
🖤 Studio 11: A grounded, nurturing space—a safe container to go inward, rest, and heal. It’s the Yin, the quiet, reflective energy that allows deep relaxation and inner exploration.
🤍 Studio 38: A vibrant, energizing space—a sanctuary for movement, expression, and joy. It’s the Yang, the dynamic energy that awakens creativity and sparks transformation.

Karunika has grown. What began as a tender and hopeful child, a safe space for exploration and connection, has blossomed into something deeper, wiser, and more vibrant. Today, we introduce Karunika Spiritual Center—the next chapter in our shared journey.

Like a teenager finding their voice, Karunika has evolved with purpose and vision. We’ve embraced change to offer you a space that feels more alive, more aligned, and more attuned to the needs of this moment.
