1 cup cold BABS Bone Broth
½ cup cold water
A squeeze of lemon or lime
A small pinch of sea salt
Optional: fresh mint, cucumber slices or a few ice cubes

Creamy Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 jar BABS Wild Bone Broth
* 500 g pumpkin, peeled and cubed
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, chopped
* 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
* 100 ml coconut milk or cream
* ½ tsp turmeric
* ½ tsp smoked paprika
* Salt & black pepper
* Optional: pumpkin seeds, fresh parsley, chili flakes

Method

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a pot.
2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
3. Add pumpkin cubes, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Pour in BABS Wild Bone Broth.
5. Simmer for 20–25 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Stir in coconut milk or cream.
8. Serve warm with pumpkin seeds and herbs on top

Bone Broth Shakshuka Shortcut
Time: 15 minutes
Perfect for: brunch or lunch
Ingredients:
150 ml BABS Beef Bone Broth
Tomato passata
2 eggs
Bell pepper
Onion
Cumin, paprika, chili
Fresh coriander or parsley

Preparation:
Sauté the onion and bell pepper in a pan. Add the tomato passata, BABS Beef Bone Broth, and spices. Make two small wells in the sauce, crack in the eggs, cover the pan, and cook for a few minutes until the eggs are set.
