A woman shaped by births,

Last week, on July 22, we enter the sacred remembrance of Mary Magdalene.

Long before she was rebranded in patriarchal texts, Magdalene stood as a mystic, a womb-holder, and an initiator of the embodied feminine path.

She walked the left-hand path, the spiral path of descent and rebirth.

Her presence and teachings echo far beyond the pages that tried to silence her.

In early centuries, Mary Magdalene was deeply linked with the Egyptian goddess Isis, the one who holds the mysteries of birth, death, and rebirth.

Isis, too, is rising in our time, not as a distant myth, but as a living current of feminine awakening.

We are living through a global contraction
A dark night of collective systems.
And yet, we are also inside a birth.
A massive turning of the ages.
And like in any true labor, the way through is not in bypassing the pain, but remembering our power.

Magdalene and Isis invite us to do just that

☥ To return to the wisdom of the body

☥ To honour the womb as oracle,

☥ To reclaim the rose as a symbol of feminine sovereignty.

a guide through the sacred cycles of birth, death, and rebirth.

In the earliest traditions, she was seen as a living embodiment of Isis.

Guardian of the womb,
Weaver of life and death,
Initiator of the spiral path.

And we are walking that path again.
A collective rebirth is unfolding.
A rising of feminine knowing.
The world is being reimagined
not by machines, but by women who remember.
Who reclaim.
Who birth what’s next.

Mary Magdalene didn’t preach from pulpits.
She whispered truth through touch, through tears,
through the fierce gaze of a woman who knows.
She led from within
not up and out, but inward and down.

As old systems shake and fall,
we’re being called into remembrance
not of who we were told to be,
but of who we’ve always been.

We’re not here to perform power.

Every morning, my little one wakes with a soft call: Mamaaa…
I crawl back into bed, and we curl together beneath the blankets. His warm body tucked into mine, his skin soft and delicious like sunshine after rain.
He breastfeeds. We breathe. We just are.

And this morning, he paused, pulled back, pointed gently at my ni**le, and said:
“Home.”

Yes, my love. This is home.

Breast or bottle, day or night, it’s the closeness, the presence, the warmth and the love that create the true habitat where you, and all children, can thrive.
Where nervous systems regulate. Where trust builds. Where potential expands, safely.

Did you know that in Japanese, the word for “breasts” is also the word for habitat?
The natural environment that provides nourishment, protection, space, and love for life to grow.

And that’s what motherhood is.
That’s what I wish for every family.

A soft place to land.

A deep place to root.

A powerful place to rise.

With continuous love to all families on this sacred journey of expansion.

Amsterdam has been on fire, and I’m not talking about the weather 😁

Isis Hypnobirthing is a unique method for a smooth, safe and calm birth, devised by Inbal Sigler. It is the optimal program to completely prepare you for pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.
