Been there and more than once. My passion and mission are to ensure you realise the genial blueprint instilled within you as you awaken your mother queen creatrix power and manifest a pleasure filled divine sacred birth. Im talking about experiencing your dream birth with trust, flow and power while you confidently relax into your motherhood queendom. The truth is that you are sitting on a GOLDMINE, simply from being born the freaking amazing woman that you are ! I can’t wait to show you where this goodness is and how to use it. A little about me- Im a leading sacred childbirth mentor and a women sovereignty advocate who shares with the mothers and couples I support a step by step guided love based road map about how to manifest a birth experience which goes far beyond your wildest imagination and deepest heart desires. My work has been featured in VIVA Mama, Linda TV, NRC and TROUW, chosen as the Leading Provider of Childbirth Support Services- Netherlands on the Parent & Baby Awards 2021 of LUX life Magazine as well as being a sought after speaker on international childbirth and midwifery conferences around the globe. During my 25-year career, I have been enjoying a fulfilling life as a professional Ballet dancer sharing a stage with the best dance companies in the world, qualified as a Ballet teacher, Yoga and Pilates trainer sharing with students my signature Feminine Flow Method, studies Traditional Chinese Medicine, specialised in Hypnosis, NLP and EFT, Delved into the realms of Theta Healing, discovered the secrets to an Orgasmic Birth, provided deep space holding as a Sacred Women Group Facilitator, supported thousands of mothers and parents on their amazing journey of becoming a family, gave birth for 3 amazing wild spirit gingers boys, breastfed them all for the past 9 (!) Years, founded an inspirational fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood centre in Amsterdam. A sacred femme wisdom and support collective where fierce soul aligned lioness mamas farewell the freaking out of giving birth, owning their true femme nature as a divine creation force able not only to give birth with power, confidence and love but to give forth life to any heart centred desire simply from being born an freaking amazing woman 🌺

There is a way of meeting birth that changes everything.

Not through control.
Not through fear.
Not through endurance.

But through presence. Through the body. Through a level of connection that most women were never shown is possible.

Birth is not only something to get through.
It is an experience that can open, expand, and transform a woman from within.

What I call or****ic birth is not about performance or expectation.
It is about the body being met in such a deep, regulated, supported state,
that it can open, respond, and move in alignment with its own intelligence.

This is the work.

9 days ago, we stood at the reset point of the Spring Equinox.
We did not retreat.
We retrieved what was always ours.
From the parts we were told to quiet.
From the parts we learned to hide, carried silently under the weight of expectation and “shoulds.”

What unfolded was the Feminine in her fullness-alive, untamed, innately intelligent.
A journey into depth, where the body leads to what is real, into the power of being unapologetically alive.

And in that space, everything shifts.

Because when a woman stands fully in herself-
in her strength, her intuition, her sensuality, her wisdom, her vulnerability-
life surges forward. Energy returns. Clarity sharpens and direction becomes undeniable.

Our Story

Isis Hypnobirthing is a unique method for a smooth, safe and calm birth, devised by Inbal Sigler. It is the optimal program to completely prepare you for pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood. The method utilizes an integration of philosophies and teachings to provide the best and most holistic program possible. Isis was the ancient Egyptian goddess known as the guardian of childbirth and motherhood. Isis embodies the empowerment and wholeness of femininity, representing the capacity to feel deeply about relationships, the ability to create and to bring forth life, and the source of sustenance and protection. This method and the course are designed to harmonize the body and mind by integrating great philosophies and techniques – HypnoBirthing®, Pre-Natal Yoga, Chinese Medicine and Healing. The essence they all share is letting go of all the programming and fears about birth you may be holding onto, and developing your innate ability to enter into a profoundly restful state which encourages the birth to progress in a natural, calm, and efficient way, as your body and baby know exactly what to do.
