Perimenopause is a threshold. A re-orientation of physiology and energy. A time when what once worked may begin to exhaust rather than nourish, and the body calls for slower rhythms, deeper listening, and more honest care.
Feminine Yoga for Perimenopause was created in honour of this passage.
Through gentle, intelligent feminine movement, breath, and deep inner attention, women are guided back into a relationship of trust with their body. The nervous system softens. The breath deepens. Energy begins to return.
What felt scattered slowly gathers into centre.
This is a space where nothing is demanded of you.
Where you do not have to keep up, perform, or prove.
