Today I turned 44. To celebrate, I’m sharing 44 sparks from my life - truths, quirks, fascinations, and practices that have shaped me as a human, artist, coach, mother, and always-curious learner.

Some are personal, some practical, but this isn’t a list of advice. It’s a mosaic of things that keep me grounded, inspired, and in wonder.

🚀 Something special is coming! 🚀 Today, Anne and I took the next step in bringing The Artist’s Way in Music to life—we had a photoshoot for the launch!

This 12-session program (March 10 – early July, Amsterdam) is for singers and musicians (21+)—professional, amateur, or in development—who want to rediscover their creativity and take a step forward in their artistic growth.

Led by myself (Kiyoko, holistic coach for musicians and creatives) and Anne Brattinga (singer, songwriter, and vocal coach who helps singers develop their authenticity and creativity), this program offers a structured yet personal approach to strengthening artistic flow.

OpusLab is a space for artists, musicians, and creatives to explore, experiment, and grow—both in their craft and in themselves.

Each project you take on—whether in your art or personal development—is an opus, a focused piece of work that moves you forward. Think of it as building blocks, steps towards something greater.

Consider the space I create as a (mental) lab, where you investigate, experiment, learn and make progress on your opus freely.
