Last Sunday morning, a lovely group of women and I gathered around the theme of self-care.

Self-care as the bare minimum act of love ♡

As a call to the deep wisdom we carry within.
As a powerful and meaningful ritual.

I love to empower other women to care for themselves—not as something superficial, but as the pure essence of who we are.

It was a joy to share more of my craft and teach each of you what’s possible with your own hands ♡

Disrupted skin doesn’t happen overnight—and healing it takes time, patience, and care ♥︎

Since March, I have been working gently with this beautiful client to support her skin microbiome: soothing redness, dehydration, flakiness, and discomfort through LED Phototherapy, tailored facials, a mindful home routine, and holistic guidance.

She is an entrepreneur with a high-pressure schedule, and together we explored how stress, diet, habits, and skin are deeply connected.

A reminder that your skin is responsive. With the right rituals and support, restoration is always possible ✨
