Lieve Mama,
Heb jij behoefte om samen met je kindje (0-4 jaar) in een gewijde setting te ontspannen? Je te verbinden met gelijkgestemden? Onder het genot van een lekkere cacao drank of kruidenthee?
Op 17 september is de eerste Mama Cacao Café in Mahara Zutphen!

Deze ochtend wordt de cacao bereid door Marjolein Vos, zelf moeder van 5 en oprichter van Wombfulness. Sinds 2018 heeft ze al meer dan 40 retraites gegeven aan zwangeren, moeders met baby/kind/dochter en moeders begeleid naar dieper thuiskomen in zichzelf.
Dit cacao café is vrij toegankelijk. Je hoeft je van te voren niet aan te melden. Je betaalt hier ter plekke voor je consumptie.
Naast dat je hier ‘gewoon’ kan zijn met je kleintje is er ruimte om vragen te stellen rondom moederschap en vrouw-zijn.

Three Sunday sessions where we work through different topics to guide you to a place where a haircut all feels natural and where intuition, presence, and technique all come together. A haircut turns into a moment of transformation – for your client, but also for you.
In this training, we will share with you our vision on Holistic Hairdressing and offer practical tools to help you and your salon grow from the inside out. We are providing a service – and at the same time, we are held by the same light that flows through it all.

Ganga Ma's devotional kirtan and mantra gatherings are loved for the inspiring and heart opening blend of ecstatic chants, prayer ánd stillness. 

She creates a powerful container that will fuel your love for the Divine and seduce you to rest in the stillness that lies in the heart of each chant. 
Her welcoming nature makes even the most shy singer feel free to sing along and discover the beauty of a voice merging in an ocean of sound.
This evening will begin with an opening silent meditation, inviting breath to return to its natural flow. From stillness Ganga guides you into effortless AUM chanting.Chanting mantras together invokes and celebrates the stillness and vibrancy that is felt in the moments of Pure Love and Joy.

You discover the shared longing for peace and love that lives in the heart of us all. Entering the place where words fall short we chant!

This evening we will chant a mix of sanskrit meditative mantras and more expressive, ecstatic kirtan. 
You will receive a print with the text.

About Ganga Ma:

The first time Ganga Ma heard sanskrit chanting during a fire ceremony in an ashram in India it awakened in her a deep love for the practice of mantra and kirtan chanting and she has not stopped singing since that day. The path of Bhakti, the yoga of surrender and devotion spoke to her deeply and it became the center of her spiritual life.

Discovering the teachings of Advaita (non-duality) and meeting her teacher in India makes her experience the path of Bhakti in a deeper and more complete way.  

Ganga has been leading kirtans and mantra workshops for about 15 years. Most memorable were the gatherings with big groups on the banks of the river Ganga in Rishikesh. The invitation of her teacher to offer chants at his satsangs was a great gift. She has learned so much from showing up day after day to chant in the ashram. Here, chanting really became a part of her sadhana and she owes much of what she shares today to these moments.

Remember the way to Mahara? The comfy livingroom of the community, located in the west of Amsterdam’s city centre. A place that breathes something special. A place where you feel at home and inspired. Some call it a shop and some a temple...

Come in for a coffee, golden milk or some tea, stay for a conversation. Wander around in our lushious garden, play with Mr. Nusch (a real tiger incarnated in a housecat’s body), and explore the beautiful yurt/ger. Find yourself chilling on the veranda, or reading a curious book whilst listening to someone play the piano (tuned in 432hz).

Find our extensive programming in our Facebook calendar; anything from concerts to lectures, workshops of all kinds, from relaxing yoga to intuitive singing.
