Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage
Sunday 16th October 2016

Don't miss this fun, practical workshop in the ancient healing art of Thai Yoga Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn). It's both preventive and therapeutic, combining acupressure with yoga like stretches, which bring balance and harmony to your whole being. The workshop includes -

• A broad selection of techniques in the face up (supine), face
down (prone) and seated positions.
• The history of Thai Yoga Massage.
• Safety and ethical considerations.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to perform an hour-long treatment.

Length: 4 hours
