Strong yoga classes, meditation and pranayama will be combined with body-oriented practices like somatic experiencing, TRE® [Tension/Trauma Release Exercises] and Yoga Nidra. You will learn about the functioning of your nervous system, fascia system, psoas, vagus nerve and how it relates to your sense of wellbeing and how to regulate it.
Whether you are just looking for a way to create a more comfortable and intimate relationship with yourself and your body, or have some specific experiences that need more attention, this retreat will offer you a safe space and to take some steps toward connection and healing.
We will be staying on a stunning Dutch farm, on a former Wadden Sea island — just one hour from Amsterdam and half an hour from Hoorn by car. The food will be made by 's founder Laura.
