Sivananda Classes :
Tuesdays 18.30
Saturdays 10.30

Kundalini Classes :
Wednesdays
18.30
Sundays 10.15

All classes @ Svaha Downtown and can be booked via the Yoga link on my website site or with ClassPass or UrbanSports

The first billion-dollar “unicorn” of the decade says it’s saving the fitness industry. Some of its own studio partners insist it’s doing the exact opposite.
