ECA was created by Hens van de Wetering. Hens is a Dutch citizen who has also traveled extensively. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam and lived for extended periods in Brazil and Mexico. He has also visited countries like the USA, China, Germany, France, Spain, the UK, Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, Paraguay, Uruguay and Paraguay. He also loves to speak your language; in addition to English Hens speaks (Brazilian) Portuguese and can also converse in German and Spanish.
