As a mom, Iāve been focusing on creating small daily rituals that help me stay balanced, present, and available for my family when they need me. šæ
One of my favorite practices is pulling a card each day to set an intention. I pair this with a few minutes of mindful breathing to calm my nervous system and ground myself. I also love incorporating essential oils into this routineāwhether itās a calming Frankincense m or an energizing citrus, the scents help me feel centered and connected.
These moments donāt have to be perfect or take up much time. Sometimes itās in the middle of the day, and thatās okay. Itās the little things, done consistently, that make all the difference.
These small rituals bring me peace, help me feel more present, and allow me to show up for myself and my family in a more meaningful way. š
