What a beautiful first session ✨

Last night we gathered for Session 1 of the 7-Level Nervous System Reset…
and the space we created together was something really special. 🥰

People came in feeling:
❤️ stressed
❤️ mentally busy
❤️ overwhelmed
❤️ curious

And by the end…
there was a sense of calm, softness, and grounding in the room. 😌

We worked in a small, supportive group setting – allowing for deeper relaxation, personal attention, and a more personalised experience.

🙌 Through gentle Reiki energy work, their bodies were able to release tension, settle, and shift.

And hearing people’s experiences afterwards are always so powerful – because each one is completely unique and meaningful. More on this later.

It was a good reminder that so many of us are living in a constant state of “on” without even realising it. 😵‍💫

And sometimes, what we need most…
is simply a space to pause.

To breathe.
To slow down.
To let the body rest & reset. 😮‍💨

For a long time, I approached health from a scientific lens. 🧠

With a background in physiology and neurophysiology,
I understood the nervous system…
how the body responds to stress, and how everything is connected. 💫

But understanding something…
and truly feeling it in your own body are two very different things.

Like many people, I’ve experienced overwhelm, anxiety, and the pressure of always being “on.”

And no matter how much I knew, my body still needed something more. ✨

That’s when Reiki found me. 🙌

What started as a personal experience became a powerful tool - not just for relaxation, but for real, felt shifts in the body.

A way to come back to calm.
To realign.
To reconnect.

Over time, I continued my training and became a Reiki Master - integrating both science and spirit into the way I support others. 🌈

This work is not about choosing one or the other.
It’s about bringing them together.

Because your nervous system doesn’t just need understanding -
it needs the right space to reset.

I created this 7-part Reiki Relaxation series to help calm the nervous system (on all levels), combining my background in neurophysiology with Reiki. 💫

If your mind feels constantly busy…
this is where you start to calm the noise.

Most people don’t realise this, but when your body stays in a low-level stress response for too long, it becomes very difficult to actually feel calm, think clearly, or make supportive decisions when it come to your health and life.

You might notice:
❤️ overthinking
❤️ feeling anxious or overwhelmed
❤️ struggling to switch off
❤️ feeling tense or “always on”

And even when you try to relax… your body doesn’t fully follow.

This first session focuses on helping your body come out of that constant stress mode and into a more calm, stable state. 😌
