SCREW RETAINED TITANIUM IMPLANT BRIDGE WITH 12 LISI CROWNS AND FINISHED WITH GC GRADIA GUM.
Just finished this next stage for this patient after he received an upper and lower temporary bridge made of composite two years ago. The basal contact area with the gingiva is in titanium, so no contact between gingiva and composite. Occlusion and articulation are copied from the temporary bridge, which has been tested for a period of two years. In January we will continue to replace the temporary mandibular bridge. Soon I will post the intra-oral result.

8 LABIAL VENEERS TO CORRECT IRREGULAR TOOTH POSITION, ZENITH, COLOR AND BUCCAL CORRIDOR.
In this case orthodontics and orthognathic surgery was not an option for the patient. Livento press MTA2 was veneered with Soprano 10 from Cendres+Métaux. Very happy patient from dr. Marco Gresnigt.

PREDICTABLE MINIMAL INVASIVE RESTORATION IN THE RIGHT COLOR.
With the use of the Matisse software, an amazing ceramic mix is generated to obtain the right color. Even for a ceramic thickness of 0,6-0,8 mm with a refractory die technique, its possible now to get a great color match!

CLASS 3 TO CLASS 1
Temporary bridge on 4 implants to correct the removable denture to a Class 1 relation and to give the patient some time to get comfortable with the completely new situation. I've made a Lithiumdisilicate support between the temporary abutments for some extra strength and to prevent contact between gingiva and the composite. Used the Ceramage Up from Shofu for the injection technique and finished the gingiva with GC Gradia Gum.

One of the last cases of the year. 14 unit case with partial and full crowns. pressed in GC LiSi MTA2. Occlusal and palatal full anatomical LiSi. Labial side veneered with Initial LiSi.

Op maandag 24 juni aanstaande verzorgt Stephan van der Made de vakcursus ‘Voorspelbaar kleurbepalen’ voor tandtechnici. Kleurbepalen is één van de lastigste onderdelen van het kroon- en brugwerk. Stephan zet in deze cursus de moeilijkheden in de perceptie van kleur uiteen en laat vervolgens zien hoe je aan de hand van een digitale foto de kleur nauwkeurig kan analyseren en reproduceren in keramiek.
De vakcursus vindt plaats in Utrecht van 19.30 - 21.30 uur. Voor meer informatie en aanmelden: zie de agenda op de website van de VLHT.
