Some surgeries aren’t about doing more.
They’re about undoing what was done before, and doing it right.
This lovely woman came to us after a standard neck lift performed years earlier at another clinic. The result had left her with skin laxity and irregularity in the neck, making her feel disconnected from her own reflection. It never truly settled, and understandably, it affected her confidence.
Quite understandably, she had reservations and anxiety about undergoing revision surgery. She waited years, afraid to take the next step.
After finding our Cosmetic Complication Clinic at Face Institute, and taking that brave step to come to us, we worked together on a new, personalized aesthetic plan.
callum.faris performed a revision deep plane neck lift and extended deep plane facelift, and completed the transformation with fat grafting and the placement of a chin implant to restore softness, balance, and definition.
Now, six months post-op, she sees herself clearly again, balanced, elegant, and truly herself.
She has regained her confidence, and her reflection now matches the strength she carries within.
Revision surgery is never simple. It demands technical precision, deep anatomical understanding, and careful attention to personal aesthetic goals.
At Face Institute, we focus only on faces, and both primary and revision surgeries are part of our core expertise.
We are so proud of her result, and grateful for the trust she placed in us.
