Namaskaram all,

After 8 years of building up and having classes here in Boxtel Studio, I have decided it is now the time to move away from it.

Instead of offering workshops in the studio, I'll be bring yoga to participants’ home, office, community, also in various cities etc.

This new way of working will provide a lot of flexibility and I'll be able to meet many of you in various cities. :)

If you have any fond memory of the studio, maybe you’d like the idea to have a closure gathering in Boxtel?

We'll do potluck lunch, play some games, watch Sadhguru’s video and do guided meditation then close with Guru Pooja. Children and family members are all welcome.

You use this form to sign up for the gathering, just make it easier to take the headcount and manage the food preparation etc.

Welcome to ASCENDANCE - Classical Hatha Yoga School

We teach a range of classical Hatha Yoga practices, for enhanced energy levels, mental clarity and overall wellbeing.

Our teachers have each received over 1750 hours of formal training at the Isha Yoga Center, South India, and take great pride in bringing Hatha Yoga to the world in its purest form.

We teach a number of programs of varying physical intensity, which you can learn in a group workshop and practise thereafter by yourself. We are also able to create custom programs and practice review sessions on request.
