🔥Your biggest Game Changer

It is never the other who needs to change for your inner balance🤨 It is YOU who can bring about real change within yourself.

An automatic consequence of inner change is that external experiences also change. So also the behavior of others😉

The other only reflects what lives inside you, the ‘nice’ and ‘less nice’ energies🪞..you just got to understand the mechanism, take self responsibility and own every trigger.

Triggers are our compass to growth and are full of potential. The choice we make after a trigger is essential and our only moment of influence on our evolution🤯💡think about it!

During a trigger we need to go through the inner experience completely and sometimes -in the physical world- we need to strongly indicate our boundaries✋🏻

1️⃣Constructively dealing with a trigger is the first: owning, unconditionally accepting, feeling without judgment & observing in a being and/or doing mode 2️⃣Then the stories that Mind tells are the second test to pass: same approach and “starve the pattern of Mind”
🔹This is challenging given our perception of suffering and conditioned behavior on performance and solution-orientedness 🔹Many stories are sabotaging and illusionary, accompanied by limitations, obsessive thoughts, beliefs and judgments.
.THE TRADITIONAL PITFALL..
THE MECHANISM IN A NUTSHELL
🔸 Mind creates a story, originating from ancestral lines & conditioning
🔹this story comes from thoughts and can cause emotions, fears, sensations, illnesses
🔸you feed this by resistance or believing that this is (part of) who you are
🔹attachment is created
🔸you start to identify with it
🔹you start to act on it
🤖you are (unconsciously) running programs/patterns.
🙌🏻GOOD NEWS: this is completely separate from who you really are.

This makes me emotional🥹 because it makes me see the innocence of everyone.

❤️When this realization comes to feeling, then a transformation from judgment to compassion occurs🦋
.then you see, among other things, that the ‘perpetrator’ is just as much a victim💡

Every trigger, every pain.. it’s guiding us home.

THE DIFFERENCE:
👎🏻Fear is a BAD guide if you identify with it (story level) 👉🏻 destructive patterns & vicious circles

👍🏻Fear is the PERFECT guide if you proces it consciously (process level) 👉🏻 dissolving & expansion

Do you want a life full of abundance and well-being in all areas? 👉🏻 Do the inner work!

I can already see you thinking ‘but all those rich people have everything they want and live freely and happily’. They are not really free. From the outside it seems as if they live freely and in abundance, but it is controlled by ego needs and conditioned patterns that they are unaware of🤖

REAL FREEDOM & ABUNDANCE..that is on the inside. Every time you choose to heal unprocessed parts within yourself, you are one step closer to truly free and closer to your True Self that is ‘hidden’ behind all (ancestral) conditioned layers.

BUT HOW?
Life works from the inside out. Not the other way around😉 So everything you bring into balance within yourself, automatically manifests in your outer world. Simple as that🙃

BE CONSISTENT THOUGH!
An abundant life on all levels is not achieved overnight. In my eyes, everything stands or falls with consciousness and dedication.

To get into a constructive state of flow, you need to find the sweet spot between Surrender & Discipline.

You will notice that each (growth) phase in your life requires different attention. Sometimes you need to get yourself out of survival mode with enormous self-discipline and sometimes it is important to have a lot of relaxation and moments of silence in your day. It just depends on where you are on your path.

But the golden rules always count: life works from the inside out.

So: what can you do right now to get more inner balance, so that your life will increase on all levels.
.and YES this even works in the area of ​​money💰

PS this will not happen overnight. This takes time, energy, consistent behavior, consciousness, enormous dedication & self-discipline.

🧘🏻‍♂️The core of meditation is that you observe everything you experience. You don’t take anything personally, you remove all your judgment and you choose to be fully present in the now. Your breath is 🗝️

TAKING PERSONALLY (EGO)
We often take things personally, but when you realize it, nothing is personal 👉🏻 it’s all perfect resonance (yes, all triggers). All perfect by design!

OBSERVE
During a trigger we often immediately (unconsciously) react & we follow (unconsciously) what we have been told and taught 👉🏻 from conditioning and ancestral programming.

You are able to detach the identification with it💡 observe instead of absorbing ..it takes a lot of practice though!

NON-JUDGMENT
Test yourself for fun how much judgment you have in a day🙊🙈 Especially in the form of (self)disapproval.

It is a beautiful practice to no longer judge others, but to get to the core of the disapproval system you need to cultivate self-compassion 👉🏻 compassion replaces judgment.

BE PRESENT
I personally think this is an amazing lesson. We so often fall into thoughts, emotions, fears, stories, patterns..

When you sincerely realize that you have a CHOICE and that you are not all those energies, then you detach yourself from ego-mind. At that moment energies will flow freely, dissolve and your True Self will reveal itself more and more.

CHOICE (our Superpower🔥)
I consider this to be our Superpower! I have been at the bottom of, among other things, the feeling of powerlessness, captivity, insecurity, pain and hopelessness. Survival mode has been FULL-ON for a long time. Thousands of triggers per day.. and purely by constantly making constructive choices - no matter how difficult - I have moved through it, I am where I am now and my potential feels unlimited💎

BREATH
Breath Awareness. I think breathing is an amazing subject. That is why, as a Breath Coach, I focus on breathing in my 1:1, circles and retreats. The most effective & natural tool to process trauma, come into your power and calm your nervous system is breathing.

Yes, a beautiful analogy to view life as meditation🙏🏻

Being in spiritual fantasies (illusions) is often an escape behavior. It is a coping mechanism to avoid inner process work.

A consequence can be that you take on a role in spiritual fantasies in which you feel special. Unconsciously you seek validation from the outside world.

In (many) cases the outside world confirms your ‘specialness’. That makes it more challenging to step out of that role. You become dependent on the confirmations outside yourself and remain in the search for external validation.

The core, however, lies in escaping a deeper layer in yourself that needs attention. The feeling of specialness and search for external validation arise from (unconscious) trauma-based behavior.

Cognitive dissonance: I preach that everyone is equal, but I feel and behave superior.

Maybe a little food for thought.. Anyways, my advice: focus on yourself and don’t give your power away to something external✌🏻🫶🏻 ..and stop waiting for a ‘miracle’ (outside of yourself) or the ‘right circumstances’..

🥲You don’t have to save anyone and you don’t have to be saved. (What a relief huh!).

And no worries.. it is really impossible to take over someone else’s energy. You can perceive it, not take it over. And what you perceive has to do with your own perception and inner world.

We are here to help each other and that is beautiful, but taking over someone else’s life lessons is a myth.

It’s that simple🙏🏻

I know it.. thinking that you are the biggest sufferer in the world. That no one will ever understand you. The helplessness and the hopelessness. 24/7 indescribable depth in which you drown. Not only thoughts to end it, but also tendencies and actions to the edge. Because it is so unbearable. ‘No one can ever imagine this’.

You want it to stop and you start acting out of desperation. You start looking outside of yourself. But every time you are pointed back to yourself. It is really true: no one can heal you or take over your lessons from you.

The mirrors are rock hard and at a certain point you can no longer ignore them. And then it is CHOOSING!

RADICAL self-responsibility, RADICAL self-discipline, RADICALLY adjust my lifestyle and apply RADICAL awareness.
.in every second, with every trigger, in every relationship..

Regardless of the depth. Even though Mind tries to ‘break’ you. I CHOOSE to get up. Even though I die: I will go through it and get back up!

I refuse to be a victim anymore, I refuse to project, I refuse to give up, I refuse to live in fear, I refuse to give up my power. Better to go through the fires of hell than to stay stuck and slowly decompose.

Nothing and no one can stop me: no person, no fear, no emotion, no thought, no sensation, no pain, no symptoms, no illness, no nightmare, nothing because I will go right through it. No bypass: full on consciousness🔥

DISAPPROVAL ENERGY😥 I call it the ‘Mother Tree of Trauma’ and in my opinion it is the biggest trauma energy and the root cause of soooo much🙏🏻

Every form of projection (finger pointing) comes from the disapproval energy😶

DISAPPROVAL CHECKLIST✅
Thus: projection, rejection, attachment issues, insecurity, need for proof, victim, perpetrator, pleasing, power games, not finding yourself good enough, lying & cheating, not daring to express yourself, not standing up for yourself, self-disapproval, self-hatred, self-harm, su***de, bowing to someone else’s will, keeping yourself small, expectations, (sexual) violence/abuse/neglect, guilt & shame, jealousy, condemnation, social phobias, superiority, narcissism, coping mechanisms.. “and so on”
.woooow😮!!

We are all born with the energy ‘I’m not good enough’ ..each our own portion.

💡Let’s process and resolve that (self)disapproval with awareness & love in ourselves, so we can look at others from eyes of compassion☺️
.because, yes, at our core many of us don’t feel good enough (yet)🙏🏻

❤️the beauty is: our greatest challenge becomes our greatest quality (that we give to our fellow human beings/world)
