"I would love to share my experience of a distance healing from Aruna ...
During a telephone conversation we talked about blocks, old beliefs that hinder us on our path ....
it was clear to me that my theme was: not worth it and not good enough... it still hindered, despite that I had already worked a lot, much transformed ... I clearly felt that there was still a lot where I was not able to ...
Aruna started asking a few questions and completely attuned to my soul ... he soon came to an old pain, a piece that I had well hidden away ...
he took me to a place in my childhood thinking that I was about 5 years old ...
I saw myself as a child in a dark room, frightened and sad ... Aruna asked me if it was ok for me to go all the way, all that moment that feeling of the time to go, we have also done, I felt sadness and fear ... it was a period when my father was ill and my mother could not be there at the time ... thanks to Aruna knowing exactly what he could do with healing he sent me and Love, safe here and completely guide through
Besides this piece Aruna felt that there was apparently also an old burden that I dragged along too long, but because this healing actually came unexpectedly I asked if it was not too much at once for him and maybe we could better this piece a different moment could to deal with?

Graag deel ik hier men ervaring van een afstands healing ontvangen van Aruna...
Tijdens een telefoongesprek hadden we het over blokkades, oude overtuigingen die ons belemmeren op ons pad ....
het was voor mij wel duidelijk dat er bij mij het thema : het niet waard zijn en niet goed genoeg zij nog speelde, ondanks dat ik hierrond al veel gewerkt had , veel getransformeerd ... voelde ik duidelijk dat er nog een stuk zat waar ik zelf niet bij kon...
Aruna begon een paar vragen te stellen en stemde zich volledig af op mijn ziel ...hierdoor kwam hij al snel op een oude pijn , een stuk dat ik goed weggestopt had ...
Hij nam me mee naar een plek in mijn kindertijd denk dat ik een jaar of 5 was ...
ik zag mezelf als kind staan in een donkere kamer , bang en verdrietig... Aruna vroeg me of het ok was voor mij om er helemaal in te gaan , helemaal in dat moment dat gevoel van toen te gaan, hebben we ook gedaan , ik voelde verdriet en angst ... het was een periode waarin mijn vader ziek was en mijn moeder er op dat moment niet kon zijn ... dankzij dat Aruna precies wist wat doen kon hij me met healing die hij me stuurde en Liefde , hier veilig en volledig doorheen gidsen
naast dit stuk voelde Aruna dat er blijkbaar ook nog een oude last was die ik al veel te lang meesleepte , maar omdat deze healing eigenlijk onverwachts kwam vroeg ik of het niet te veel ineens was voor hem en we misschien beter dit stuk een ander moment konden aanpakken ?
Hij zei als je het goed vind doen we het nu , hier laat ik je niet langer mee worstelen we gaan tot aan de wortel ...
oude pijnen en gevoelens van verstoten kind en verlatingsangst kwamen ook boven...
Alles werd tot en met de wortel geheald , hij ging door tot completion ...hij maakte ook contact met mijn moeder en stuurde ook naar haar healing en geruststellende woorden ....
ik ben enorm dankbaar want ik voel me letterlijk verlost van een zware last , de pijn en spanning op mijn nek en schouders is weg ik voel me lichter ook mijn hart is meer open
